Checked and ready for the season.

After a nice morning at Ryfors Golf course. We moved on to Husbilslandet for some fixing of  my heating system, gas supplying  and the humidity test. Fixed and now ready for a new season. We had nice trip to Motola with a coffe stop.  We are now at RV stop and  enjoying the evening here is a couple of pictures from the day.

Yosemite

A long day, 420 photo I did not have time to fix a lot today. So therefore, just a small collection of what we saw yesterday it was late when we arrived home to the hotel.

Just a comment they are not world’s best to make coffee over here, maybe the worst.

Solvang

Solvang a bite of Denmark. As you already have seen on Facebook we had a couple of good hour’s in Solvang California. It was amazing to see what they have done to promote Denmark and the Nordic countries. If you are in LA spend a couple of hours in this city, it’s fairy-tale. More will be added when we get home.

This traffic light are placed 40 miles out in the desert in the middle of nowhere.

LA

When you have used more than two hours to get out of LA. You love the road and traffic in Småland and Sweden. There is always traffic in LA and that means all time.

Here is some of the pictures from a sleepy day after our road trip. Today we are heading for a bite of the coastline to San Francisco and then we break of for going to Yosemite. Passing by Solvang.

Barstow-Los Angeles

334 hours 2448 miles/3940 Km. From the beginning. We can now say, ”We did it”. We can now check of a couple of things on the bucket list. This has been a tremendous travel something that has pinpointed a couple of thing for us. When we was young (okay somebody will say this was in the middle-aged) our parents but us in the car for a ride/picnic in to see the things along the road. Today it’s a matter of transporting us from A to B as fast as possible. In addition, the kids on the backseat is equipped whit a there IPad instead of enjoying the nature. When we was kids, we talk with our parents about the nature and the thing we passed. Learned from them, they was our heroes today it’s google. Sorry about saying this but maybe we should learn to slow the speed down when we together with our children. Lay down the phone, disconnect from SMS, Facebook, and other media, and be family. Children don’t need to earn your love because of the things we give them, But because of whom you are and the time you spend whit them.

Slow down the speed and be yourself.

Las Vegas-Needles-Barstow

The travel from route 66 to Las Vegas was not our most inspiring trip. Desert from the time we braked out from Route 66 and to Las Vegas just a gas tank and two small casino’s and of course it was the same when we went back. We are now close to finish our road trip on Route 66. We have our kicks on Route 66. However, we take the last 170 miles today. In addition, tomorrow we will start our trip up north to San Francisco and Redwood forest. The first picture you see here is from Bagdad Café a very special experience. More later on and we past a volcano today. In addition, a new ghost city.
